Because every item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our work:
Our Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error â we will reprint and reship it free of charge or issue a full refund. No questions asked.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Email us within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll respond within 24 hours with a resolution
What's NOT covered:
- Low-resolution images submitted by the customer (we warn before printing)
- Color variations due to screen differences (we print in CMYK)
- Normal wear and tear after extended use
đPackaging
Every item is individually wrapped in protective packaging. Fragile items like mugs and ceramics get extra bubble wrap and rigid mailers. We want your prints to arrive in the same condition they left our studio.
