By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Orders & Custom Products

  • All products are custom-made to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted, trademarked, or offensive content that we do not have permission to reproduce.
  • Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final print due to differences in display calibration and our CMYK printing process.
  • We will contact you if your uploaded file does not meet our quality standards before printing.

Intellectual Property

  • You must own or have rights to any design you submit for printing.
  • By uploading a design, you confirm you have the legal right to reproduce it.
  • We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement caused by customer-submitted designs.
  • We retain no ownership of your uploaded designs and will not use them without your consent.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.

Returns & Refunds

Custom items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, we will reprint or refund it. See our Shipping & Returns policy for the full process.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email to existing customers.
